Refund policy
At Mudita Gifts, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our 28-day returns policy is as follows:
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
How to Request a Return
- All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
- Please email info@muditagifts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Timeframe
- Items must be received back with us within 28 days of delivery.
- Returns received after this time cannot be accepted.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- In their original packaging (including any protective wrapping, tags, or inserts).
- Complete with all components included (e.g. gift box contents).
Items returned in an unsellable condition may be refused.
Return Process
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid returns label.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds & Exclusions

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Non-personalised gift boxes are eligible for return, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. (This fee covers the cost and time spent preparing and wrapping your gift and writing your gift message.)
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
