Refund policy

At Mudita Gifts, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our 28-day returns policy is as follows:

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of your order being placed.

How to Request a Return

  • All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
  • Please email info@muditagifts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Timeframe

  • Items must be received back with us within 28 days of delivery.
  • Returns received after this time cannot be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • In their original packaging (including any protective wrapping, tags, or inserts).
  • Complete with all components included (e.g. gift box contents).

Items returned in an unsellable condition may be refused.

Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid returns label.
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds & Exclusions

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Non-personalised gift boxes are eligible for return, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. (This fee covers the cost and time spent preparing and wrapping your gift and writing your gift message.)
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
